What data does CompaProperty include?+
Nationwide coverage across all 50 states — including non-disclosure states — built from county public records, MLS sold data, and rental listings. Every property carries owner name and mailing address, mortgage and lien information, estimated equity, sale history, and full property characteristics.
How does comping work?+
Search any address and CompaProperty pulls recently sold comparables nearby, complete with listing photos, days on market, and price per square foot. You can open any comp on Zillow, Realtor, or Google Maps in one click, adjust the comp set, and get an AI-assisted ARV with a confidence score.
How do skip trace limits work?+
Each plan includes a monthly skip-trace allowance (500 on Scout, 5,000 on Operator, 25,000 on Captain). A trace is only counted when it returns contact information for a property's owner. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month.
Can I add team members?+
Yes. Scout includes 1 seat, Operator includes 3, and Captain includes 10. Everyone on your team shares the same lists, comps, and exports, with their own login. Need more seats than Captain offers? Contact us and we'll set you up.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Anytime, in one click, from your account settings — no contracts, no cancellation calls. During early access everything is free anyway, and you'll get clear notice before any pricing takes effect.
Does CompaProperty integrate with GoHighLevel or my CRM?+
Operator and Captain plans include CRM webhooks: push skip-traced leads and lists straight into GoHighLevel or any webhook-capable CRM the moment you export them. Scout users can always export CSV and import manually.
